How do I place an order?
Tap Enquiry on the product you’re interested in. WhatsApp opens with the product name. We’ll confirm price, availability, payment arrangements and delivery directly with you.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver nationwide. Lagos delivery is same-day or next-day, subject to availability. Outside Lagos, delivery takes approximately 2–4 days. Lagos orders are processed within 24 hours; interstate orders require 1–2 days of processing.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, pickup is available. Our warehouse and pickup location is Olambe, Ogun State, near Lagos. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange collection.
What is the replacement warranty?
We offer seven-day replacement for manufacturing defects. Please record a video of the product upon arrival and contact support through WhatsApp. The customer pays return shipping for defect confirmation. CHIANELSON pays replacement delivery.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Can I inspect the package before paying?
You may inspect the package to confirm the correct item before paying the dispatch rider, but must not use the product before payment.
Are products branded, and are spare parts available?
Products carry CHIANELSON branding and packaging as described by the company. Bottles, blades, and chargers may be available on request. Contact us to confirm availability for your product.
How do I get after-sales support?
